Not sure of the Alloy's but Rem,Browning,McMillan all made/make Ti actions. Mcmillan made Ti barrels at one time also

When anyone makes a titanium action, it is almost certainly 6Al4V. Here is one.

Yes, ISO Ta6V or TiAl6V most certainly.

Yes this is what is used in most apps when building part for guns. Its commonly known as grade 5 Ti. But my question is why would you want a action in Ti? If you are making it yourself i suggest you save some time and not do it. To make a action out of Ti is very tough to do and get correct. The stuff is just plan tough to work with and in my opinion is not near worth the few ounces you save by doing it. Just a thought.
