What are your favorite loads for a .243AI with the 75gr. Vmax bullet????????

Powder?

Primer?

Velocity?

Accuracy?

I shoot 70's.

Powder - W760 - should also be good with 75's
Primer - BR2 and CCI250
Velocity - 3750-3858 depending on which 70gr bullet.
Accuracy - .2"s and .3"s.....depending

A 243AI is pretty close in case volume to a 6mm Rem.  My 1:12 twist Shilen 6mm Rem barrel loves 75 Vmax with a lot of IMR4831.  I am running right at 3600 fps, depending on temp.  I absolute death to the coyotes that I have called in.  Kills at 400 yds.

my hunting partner and I shot a truck load of 70's of all flavors in custom 243 AI's with zero freebore.  I fireformed with a load of 47-47.5g of Win 760(AA2700 great also).  Formed loads I shot 380-38.7 depending on the barrel.

Brass was Rem 7/08
CCI 250's
70g, customs, TNT, Ballistic tips
Velocity was 3800-3850
Accuracy in the 2's or smaller

Don't forget to  try other bullets, 75g V max may not like your barrel.  70g Sierra Blitz king would be my second try.
