Shipping Powder

So what does it take to ship powder? I'm taking maybe 24 pounds worth. USPS, UPS, Fedex, what's the process?

I believe that you cannot unless you are a Hazmat licence holder.

     Check with UPS. I think you can ship up to 48 lbs but you have to pay a hazmat surcharge.

Travelor is correct, you need to be a HazMat lisenced shipper to send powder and primers by UPS. If you want dont tell them what it is but do that at your own risk. Suprisingly loaded ammo can be shipped UPS by us mere mortals, go figure.

I was told that a main UPS headquarters not a branch UPS can and will ship powder.thats why I said to just call it jelly or something of that nature.I had to drive another 20 miles just to ship what I wanted to ship.I wasn't trying to be funny.but I quess I should have explained it first.
